Recently as the forms were returned these 2 problems occurred (note out of 250 returned forms, the below issues occurred on more than 5 forms) The main difference between Adobe Reader and Adobe Acrobat Pro is that the former is a free PDF viewer, while the latter is a commercial version that allows you to make changes to PDF files, such as converting a word document to PDF. I know these version numbers do not make much sense but this is the information I have.
I assumed people can fill out a PDF if they are using Acrobat Reader with no problems. The new version (DC) is 17.009.20044 Date 5/13/17.
